Gaining momentum in Blackpool

The Truman team has been active on site since the end of May building the 120-bedroom Boulevard Hotel, situated on Blackpool’s promenade.

After completing a programme of enabling works, we began the construction phase of the hotel with a total of 163 CHD Piles driven into the sandy bedrock ground. The ground floor steel frame and transfer deck has been completed with a total of 120 tonnes of steel.

Construction of the four-storey timber frame is underway and is programmed to take twelve weeks to finish. Once complete, the roof works and external façade will commence as the building begins to take shape. The rendered facade has a stone slip cladding finish.
