A new boutique hotel and spa coming to Chester

Truman has been appointed to transform an existing office building into a state-of-the-art hotel and spa. Situated on Bridge Street in the heart of Chester, our client Wildes Hotel Group has asked us to deliver 16 show-stopping bedrooms, a bar, fine dining restaurant with outdoor seating and a spa with a stunning rooftop swimming pool.

The Wildes Hotel group has an impressive portfolio of luxury hotels all over the UK, specialising in creating a home-from-home for leisure and travel guests. The venue for their new hotel and spa is a Grade II listed building first built in 1892 by architect Thomas M Lockwood. Truman will be bringing their game-changing attitude not just to creating a beautiful hotel and spa, but to preserving the rich history of the building.

The £3.5m project will commence in August 2021 with completion in Spring 2022. We look forward to getting started on-site and delivering a result the Wildes Hotel Group can be proud of.
